Nothing is more important than sales staff who can provide expert advice for the consumer and thereby have a direct influence on purchase decisions.
With that in mind, we helped sporting goods manufacturer Nike boost sales in high street stores over a number of years through our sales representatives.
When selecting and training the sales representatives, we paid particular attention to ensuring that they could identify with and fit the Nike brand. After all, only if there is an emotional connection between people, brand and products can consumers be advised successfully and persuaded to buy.
