The many different speciality coffees – from latte macchiato and cappuccino with creamy, frothy milk through caffè lungo and caffè crema grande to espresso and delicious speciality cocoas Chococino® and mocha – provide plenty of tasty variety.
Until 2017 we designed, implemented and managed training concepts for our client NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® which trained the staff in the Electronic Retail division in the brand world and latest products from NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® as well as sales techniques.
Our gamification approaches were among the highlights of the training concepts, as they brought the sales staff on board in a fun way, ensuring that the employees felt greater identification with the brand.
